"We bought two puppies for our sons (Tom and Rory, aged 10 and 12) and decided to take all four to puppy training. Having looked around and had a great experience with puppy preschool run by Rachel, we decided to continue dog training with her and her colleagues. They have a great reputation spreading as far as dog breeders in Sydney. Tom and Rory took on the training roles and were welcomed and encouraged. Tracey took great care to tailor her lessons to suit—the games were particularly enjoyed by the boys! The training was extremely valuable and we continue to use their methods at home with our dogs. Thanks guys for training us so we can keep enjoying our lovely dogs."

"My two miniature dacshunds are very reactive little dogs who ran at and tried to bite anyone or anything who came near them, even if they were friends of ours in our company, big dogs in the street or pieces
of farm machinery. This was very embarrasing and, of course, very
dangerous and isolating for our dogs. After just one session with
Leonie, I not only understood what our dogs were doing but, more
importantly, why they were acting in this way and how to deal with
their behaviour. While still reactive -- they are excellent little
guard dogs -- they can now happily (and safely) be in the company of
other dogs and people, either in our yard, at off-leash areas or in
other people's homes. Aside from being so simple, what impressed me
the most about Leonie's expert advice is that it is so easy to
continue this method of training, and involves only praising and
rewarding our dogs and, at most, separating them into a 'time out'
situation, rather than any physical punishment or even harsh words.
No shouting required."
